Our Story

Ten years ago my mom decided to embrace a gluten free lifestyle. The chronic pain she had experienced for years nearly vanished. During this transition, she began to modify traditional recipes to make them gluten free. Ever since then, we've referred to our kitchen as "the laboratory."
After completing college and returning home, I also went gluten free, started feeling much healthier and began helping my mom with her baking. Along the way, we've shared our creations with friends and doctors and many of them have suggested we share our baked items with others. We had figured out how to bake gluten free breads that rose up, held their shape, and actually tasted great - unlike some of the other commercial gluten free offerings.
The requests from family and friends became overwhelming, so we decided to open up our very own gluten free bakery. In December 2009 we opened our doors, and we are now dedicated to providing our customers with the very best gluten free baked goods. We hope you enjoy them.
