Description: A soft, nutty loaf that will make your mouth water every time you take a bite! Perfect for sandwiches (hence the name) but also good for use in stuffings and other recipes that call for traditional bread. Baked as a 9” x 5” loaf.
Ingredients: brown rice flour, eggs, cornstarch, tapioca flour, butter [pasteurized cream (milk), salt], almond meal, sugar, honey, potato flour, yeast, xanthan gum, unflavored gelatin, rice bran, egg replacer [potato starch, tapioca flour, leavening (calcium lactate, calcium carbonate, citric acid), sodium carboxymethylcellulose, methylcellulose], salt, vinegar, palm oil shortening (to grease pan)
