Description: A dense loaf that can be used for sandwiches or at the dinner table. Has a taste that reminds us all of honey wheat bread, but not too sweet. Baked as an 8 ½” x 4 ½” loaf.
Ingredients: almond milk, cornstarch, garfava flour, tapioca flour, brown rice flour,
almond meal, brown sugar, flax meal, canola oil, honey, vinegar, baking powder, xanthan gum, egg replacer [potato starch, tapioca flour, leavening (calcium lactate, calcium carbonate, citric acid), sodium carboxymethylcellulose, methylcellulose], salt, baking soda, palm oil shortening (to grease pan)
