Description: A classic yellow cake bringing forward a gluten free moistness. All cakes come in a 13" x 9" pan and are $35 ($45 with dairy free icing).
Ingredients: sugar, flour blend (brown rice flour, cornstarch, tapioca flour), light coconut milk, eggs, butter [pasteurized cream (milk), salt], baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), vanilla extract [vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol (35%) and sugar], salt, egg replacer [potato starch, tapioca flour, leavening (calcium lactate, calcium carbonate, citric acid), sodium carboxymethlcellulose, methylcellulose], xanthan gum.
Free of gluten and soy. Contains eggs and dairy.
Chocolate icing option:
Ingredients: powdered sugar, butter [pasteurized cream (milk), salt], chocolate, vanilla extract [vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol (35%) and sugar].
