Description: A moist chocolate cake with either chocolate or vanilla icing! All cakes come in a 13" x 9" pan and are $35 ($45 with dairy free icing).
Ingredients: brown sugar, flour blend (brown rice flour, cornstarch, tapioca flour, potato flour), canola oil, cocoa powder, baking soda, vinegar, vanilla extract [vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol (35%) and sugar], salt, xanthan gum.
Free of gluten, soy, and eggs. Regular icing version contains dairy.
Chocolate icing option:
Ingredients: powdered sugar, butter [pasteurized cream (milk), salt], chocolate, vanilla extract [vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol (35%) and sugar].
Free of gluten, soy, and eggs. Contains dairy unless dairy free version is requested.
Vanilla icing option:
Ingredients: powdered sugar, butter [pasteurized cream (milk), salt], vanilla extract [vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol (35%) and sugar].
